We process your orders quickly as possible, sometimes within minutes, Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. change, or refunded, unless only under the following circumstances.

  • We can change the order items only if you inform us within 10 minutes of placing the order.
  • You decided to cancel the order and inform us by email within 10 minutes or if it hasn’t been processed.
  • We couldnt able to process your order, All Back Order Items which cant be processed within 90 Days will be Refunded automatically.
  • Any Returned Items due to address or any other reason, will be automatically refunded, we will inform you as well.
  • If you have not received the item within the time frame, you can contact us using the track my order link, and we will try to locate the item or inform you the reason for delay, if you insist for a full refund and suspect that your item is lost in delivery, we would need a proof in this case that the item has genuinely lost, we will then make a claim with postal service and they would either track the item or send us confirmation that it is in transit and will be delivered.  if the item cannot delivered due to address mismatch or damaged in transit and we can claim it back, we will send you a full refund, before making a claim to your credit card, or our merchant service provider.
